Ice Carving

I was working as a creative producer when I first visited Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures in Forest Park, IL to write a story. With experience bartending at high-end cocktail bars in my past, I knew about the commercial ice industry and wanted to learn more. Nadeau’s was my way in, and I have been an ice carver with the shop since 2020.
